Since I bought many strawberry from my recent Taiwan trip, think of making into jam. Strawberry in taiwan is cheaper , cost NT150 per 600gm
Recipe :
Fresh strawberry 500gm
Lemon juice from 1 lemon
Sugar 350gm
Quartered strawberry . Cook all the above till thick.
